Teaching
I currently teach Machine Intelligence for the Humanities, a course intended to introduce machine learning and experimental design to humanities students familiar with Python. I have also previously co-taught the associated precursor class, Introduction to Computational Methods for the Humanities.
Before joining JHU I taught a media studies-centric composition class, and TA’ed for Introduction to the Digital Humanities. I also have TA’ed for 19th and early 20th century American Literature courses.
